From the Sino-Japanese War to the end of the Pacific War, it was operated in all areas where the Japanese military was deployed, from the Kuril Islands in the north to the Marshall Islands in the south. Despite being the most produced Japanese tank throughout the prewar and postwar periods, there are no existing vehicles in Japan, and only a few remain overseas. Therefore, thanks to donations from volunteers and the nonprofit organization ``Defense Technology Museum Creation Society,'' which aims to open a Defense Technology Museum (tentative name) with the aim of passing down the history of Japan's mechanical industry through the exhibition of defense equipment, the existing museum in Europe will be opened. The vehicle was purchased, restored, and returned to Japan.
