The Type 16 Mobile Combat Vehicle is the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force's most advanced wheeled armored vehicle equipped with a 105mm gun as its main armament. The 8-wheel body has high driving performance on public roads. Procurement began in 2016 and deployment is progressing across the country, including in the northern and western regions. Includes 3-car Mechanism Teaching Regiment, 4th Reconnaissance Combat Battalion, and other 4 types of unit markings
