[Evolved aerodynamic body with improved functionality catches the eye]
Equipped with SUBARU's unique horizontally opposed engine "Boxer" to pursue a lower center of gravity. Furthermore, the second generation model of SUBARU BRZ, SUBARU's first FR sports car, which attracted attention because it was jointly developed with Toyota, was announced in Japan in July 2021. Inheriting the basic form of the 2-door coupe, it has evolved into a more dynamic style (transformation, deepening, improvement, and maturation). Aerodynamic treatment of each part was also carefully done. Additionally, aluminum is used for the bonnet, roof, and fenders to reduce weight. The engine is a 2.4-liter horizontally opposed 4-cylinder DOHC engine that produces 235 horsepower. It has evolved further based on the development concept of "the ultimate FR pure sports car that everyone can enjoy." 1/24 scale. This is a plastic model assembly kit with a total length of 178mm, width of 74mm, and height of 55mm when completed. The stylish and dynamic form is reproduced as it is on the actual vehicle. The roof side molding, air inlets on both sides of the bumper, and outlet at the rear of the front fender are made into separate parts, eliminating the need for masking. Auxiliary equipment such as the battery, fuse box, and radiator for the horizontally opposed 4-cylinder engine are also made into parts. The bonnet can be opened and closed. It can be held in the open state using a stay similar to the actual vehicle. The front and rear suspensions are finished with a three-dimensional feel while keeping the number of parts low. Inlet marks are available on the door mirrors and room mirror surfaces. The rear combination lamp case, backlight case, and muffler end are plated parts. The wheels have a sharp 10-spoke design and are fitted with textured solid rubber tires. The aerodynamic form is realistically reproduced, including the voluminous rear fender, spoiler-shaped side sills, and ducktail at the rear end of the trunk lid. The bonnet can be opened and closed. The stay is made of resin and has the same shape as the actual car. In addition, the engine room has a dense finish with the horizontally opposed 4-cylinder engine itself and various auxiliary equipment made into parts. The back of the chassis has plenty of three-dimensionality, including the front and rear suspension and exhaust pipe routing. The front and rear underguards and stabilizers are separate parts. The sporty interior features a horizontal dashboard, ABC pedal, MT specification shift knob, and lever-type handbrake.The rear combination lamp is incorporated with clear parts painted separately. The two left and right muffler ends are plated parts. The roof molding is made into a separate part to reduce the need for masking when painting the body. The window frame is molded onto the window part side and a mask sticker is prepared. Easily create a sharp finish. In addition to slide marks such as license plates, meter panels, and emblems, the set also includes mask stickers for coloring the windows and rear light covers, and inlet marks.
