Born as a big project jointly developed by Toyota and Subaru. Toyota 86 is a sports car released in April 2012. A horizontally opposed 4-cylinder 2.0-liter engine that uses Toyota's direct injection technology "D-4S" is mounted in the front and drives the rear wheels. Almost everything, from the body to the engine to the suspension, has been newly designed in pursuit of driving pleasure. It has been crafted into a modern lightweight sports car with attention to detail in every part. The low, compact form composed of dynamic surfaces is reproduced as it is on the actual vehicle. The horizontally opposed 4-cylinder engine is realistically modeled with a small number of parts. The bonnet can be opened and closed. The front wheels can be steered left and right. Inlet marks are available for the mirror surface and emblem. The suspension and drivetrain also have a three-dimensional feel. The light part is reproduced with plated parts to tighten the expression. The GT Limited's standard rear spoiler and diffuser under the bumper are also impressive.
