PLATZ 1/144 Air Self-Defense Force Fighter F-4EJ Kai Phantom II 301st Squadron "Last Year 2020" (Blue Phantom tentative name). PLATZ PF33 Released in July 2020
[Product Introduction]
PLATZ 1/144 Air Self-Defense Force Fighter F-4EJ Kai Phantom II 301st Squadron "Last Year 2020" (Blue Phantom tentative name). The Air Self-Defense Force's Phantom is finally fully retired. Since last year, each unit operating the Phantom has been showing off its brave appearance in various places as part of the final tour, with special markings appearing on the aircraft to decorate the final stage. And this April, the final favorite of such special phantoms appeared. The coloring of Unit 436 sent out by the 301st Squadron has a sharp finish based on bright metallic blue. The design has a frog motif, which is the unit's mascot mark, and it can be said to be a brother machine of Unit 315, which appeared earlier and gained popularity as "Last Keroyon". Additionally, the Phantom family's iconic character ``Spook'' is arranged on the vertical tail and underside of the main wing. This figure, which is perfect for the final scene of Phantom, is currently attracting a lot of attention. Although the Phantom's operation as a unit has ended, the blue No. 436 and yellow No. 315 are scheduled to continue flying their final tour, concluding the nearly 50-year history of the Phantom in the Japan Air Self-Defense Force.
