The Cessna A-37 Dragonfly is a counterinsurgency attack aircraft, or COIN aircraft, developed from the T-37 beginner jet trainer.
39 A-types were produced based on the T-37B, followed by the B-type, which was equipped with a more powerful engine and airborne refueling equipment.
In 1980, the Air National Guard adopted the A-37B for Forward Air Control (FAC), and gave it the model name OA-37B.
