HASEGAWA Creator Works Series 1/1500 Space Pirate Battleship Arcadia Second Ship (tentative name) (Captain Harlock 1978 TV anime version). HCW08 Arcadia 2 Released in April 2024
[Product Introduction] HASEGAWA Creator Works Series 1/1500 Space Pirate Battleship Arcadia Second Ship (tentative name) (Captain Harlock 1978 TV anime version). A collaboration project with Leiji Matsumoto, who will celebrate his 60th anniversary as a painter in 2014! The anime version of the Arcadia is finally here! From the TV anime ``Space Pirate Captain Harlock'', the Arcadia will be made into a kit using a completely new mold. Multiple Arcadia ships have been built, and this ship is positioned as the second ship. (By the way, the skull bow type from the previous kit ``Galaxy Express 999 Theatrical Version'' is the third ship.)The kit is divided into parts so that the joints of the parts are as inconspicuous as possible. The hull is designed to sandwich supports to ensure reliable assembly and strength. The bridge, where intricate details are concentrated, is integrally molded using a slide mold. The triple pulsar cannon (main gun) also opens the gun barrel with a slide mold. The three gun barrels can move independently up and down, and the turret can rotate. Space Buster (rapid fire cannon) can also move up and down. The bow ram is reproduced by replacing parts. The included display stand has a design inspired by Tochiro's grave marker on the support part. Seven molding colors are planned: blue, dark blue, black, white, red, brown, and clear yellow. As a bonus part, two same-scale carrier-based aircraft "Cosmo Wing" are included. Decals that correspond to relief carvings on the bow and stern are included. Naoyuki Kato will be in charge of the package illustration. The reliefs on the poop and bow are expressed with precise carvings. The skulls on the sides of the hull and the top of the bow are reproduced as separate parts. [Main gun] The gun barrel can move independently up and down, and the turret can rotate. The bow ram is reproduced by replacing parts. [Bonus parts] Two Cosmo Wings of the same scale are included. With 7 parts colors, it is possible to reproduce the coloring close to the image in the play without painting.
