TAMIYA 1/700 Waterline Japanese Battleship Yamato.
[Legendary battleship representing the Japanese Navy]
Equipped with nine powerful 46cm guns with a standard displacement of 64,000 tons and a maximum range of 41km, and introduced many innovative shipbuilding technologies and production management methods. This is a plastic model assembly kit of the Japanese Navy battleship Yamato, which was completed in December 1949. Based on the latest materials, the final figure headed for Okinawa is modeled. The massive hull has realistically reproduced the flare on the bow and the armored belt on the side. The main turret is set as a separate part for each gun barrel. Weapons such as a 15.5cm secondary gun, a 12.7cm high-angle gun, and an anti-aircraft machine gun that has been strengthened in preparation for increasingly intense aerial attacks, as well as delicately finished parts such as a rangefinder, direction finder, and jib crane. It tightens Yamato's fearless style.
