SWEET "1/144 Star of Africa Messerschmitt Bf109F-4/Trop"
plastic model. Hans-Joachim Marseille (nicknamed Jochen) of the Luftwaffe was assigned to the North African front at the end of April 1941, and recorded 158 enemy aircraft shot down in the air battle for one year and several months on the North African front. Known as the "Star of Africa". His favorite Messerschmitt Bf109F-4/Trop had the number 14 painted in yellow. The Bf109 F type is said to have the best balance between armament and flight performance, and was Jochen's favorite aircraft. The kit includes decals for seven planes (four types of Marseille's favorite planes and three types of planes from the 27th and 53rd Fighter Wings). (Kubelwagen is not included in the kit).
